Bear Wax is a private Waxing and Facial studio owned by Skin By Elias and located in Fort Lauderdale near Wilton Manors. Bear Wax offers Facials, Skin Care, Body Scrubs Body Masks, Deep Back Cleansing and Body Waxing Services for both Men and Women.

Bear Wax also specializes in men’s full body hair removal including the male Brazilian (aka the “Manzilian”) and body hair clipping/trimming,

Elias, a male esthetician, is a Licensed Skin Care Specialist in the state of Florida and is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and is also PCA Skin certified.

Bear Wax is Gay Owned, and Straight Friendly. Elias strives to provide a completely professional service, in a secure and comfortable atmosphere, where customers can be comfortable being themselves. Everyone is welcome.

Elias’ Facials and Waxing services are second to none. It is his belief that you won’t get a better facial anywhere. Elias strives to offer the customer what they need. Elias is not a big believer in ‘packages’. Our services page will highlight many of the services that are available, however, Elias will work with you to make sure you get what you need, rather than trying to sell you on a package.

Bear Wax has it’s own line of Men’s Skin Care Products called the 6-Steps to Perfection System. Elias has designed a full complement of skin care products for men that are easy to use, great for sensitive skin, and packaged in containers that look great in a man’s bathroom. The Bear Wax skin care products can be purchased at our Online Store, or in our studio during an appointment.

The Bear Wax Studio is has moved to a brand new location. The new location features much higher end amenities.

We are within the Oakland Park Dental Building at 3047 North Federal Hwy. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. 

This is at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Federal Hwy and Oakland Park Blvd. Directly behind and in the same parking lot as Smoothie King and Ticket Clinic.

We are within the Oakland Park Dental Building. It’s tan with a blue roof. Parking is FREE. Park anywhere around the building.

Elias offers Full Body waxing, including Brazilian for men, Facial Spa Therapies, Micro-Dermabrasion and Skin Care Services.  Waxing services also include brow, ears, and nose waxing.  Back waxing, shoulders, chest and stomach, Full Legs and Butt.
